Meet the Team
Tracy
Qualified Integrative Therapist
I am an integrative therapist offering one-to-one sessions for adults.
I believe in trust, honesty and congruence as being fundamental to myself and my clients building our strong therapeutic relationship together.
I have years of experience in working in the mental health sector, I have helped numerous people work through difficulties, using both short and long term therapeutic options.
I have worked within the NHS, secondary schools and agencies who specialise in suicide prevention supporting both children, adolescence and adults with a variety needs.
I offer a nurturing space that can allow you to process your inner thoughts and help you to navigate whatever may be troubling you, including both deep rooted issues and day to day difficulties that are impacting your life.
We will work in collaboration together to explore in a supportive safe space, free from judgement to develop tools to help you cope with future challenges and at a pace which feels comfortable for you.
I can support you with a range of struggles including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsions, trauma, grief & loss, and addictions.
Additionally, I have extensive experience in supporting individuals in a mental health crisis and/or with suicidal thoughts. I have also worked widely with neurodivergent individuals.
Most importantly - I am a human being!
My work is formed using integrative model, this means that I am able to draw on many theoretical modalities to support you. I hold Person Centred theory at the core of my work, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis with a psychotherapeutic process.
You are fully inclusive in this process, we can continue to revisit this as we navigate your journey together. This in turn can create a deeper sense of self, creating powerful change and greater self awareness.
I have a beautiful light therapeutic space in Buckinghamshire for in person sessions, or we can meet online.
I am mindful some individuals find face to face challenging, so I have also introduced the option of telephone counselling recently.
If anything resonates, or you would like to have an informal discussion about if I am the right therapist for you, please do contact me.
I am an individual member of the BACP and I am committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of my work.
