I started In The Deep Therapeutic Services, to provide a safe space full of compassion, acceptance and understanding without judgement. 

I am a qualified integrative therapist,  which means I can help you by using a variety of therapeutic approaches, which is individualised dependant on your needs. I will create a space for your vulnerability, and offer different therapeutic approaches that support you in self exploration and enhanced well-being. 

Whatever you are struggling with, you will be met with validation and acceptance. 

I have an enhanced DBS and I am fully insured. I work from my therapy room which is based near Aylesbury for face to face sessions,  however I also offer Online Therapy.

I also have a limited number of concessionary slots should this apply. Please see our Fees page for more information.
